i tried to fight it and yet i must admit.


today i spend dammm lot time with tht blurqueeen; kylie yong.
she was being such a irritating ass.

firstly, she can't sing her ABC song well.
after alphabet 'N' she can continue it with a 'I'.
so maybe we should change the song for her,
kylie should knw her ABC,
so next time she can sing with me.

secondly, she was keep making up cheers for helmi.
but i do like one of thm tht she created.
here it goes;
helmi is a dinosaur who comes from our imagination,
count to 10 and he will jump,
and bring us all to heaven.

thirdly, she was trying to act bimbotic les.
doing all sorts of stupid lame dumb stuffs.
but wellll, what can i expect from her?


so yes, trng today was physical trng.
we ran up&down the slope near 7-11 for don't knw how many time,
lucky it wasnt the full whole slope,
but it was sprinting up&down part of it;
which ain't good enough either.
but after today's trng, it does help with speed&reaction.
trng might be at NP, it will be late nights soooon /:

and now i'm having late night supper with my dad,
microwaving 2 duck drumsticks.
which eventually went chao ta, but it still tasted well with the sauce.
it's super crispy like as thou you're eating chips.
but it was great able to spend time with my father,
he have always been returning home nearing midnight.
and by the time he reach home,
i'm either already on my way to dreamland or alr in my world.

i miss my family quite a lot,
they're all busy working/studying.
while i'm busy studying/rugbying/swimming. ):
